Hi and welcome to Module 20, which is the 5th and final module in the Fulfilment Track.
You’ve developed your core purpose, crafted a plan to apply that purpose across each domain in your life, explored how to interpret challenges so they don’t knock you off course from your purpose, and you’ve looked at how to reflect on and learn from unsuccessful experiences, even where the lessons are not obvious.
But how do we ensure that these practices become integrated into our daily lives? That’s what this module is all about.
Throughout the module, we’ll explore:
1. The process of effective behaviour change
2. How to apply that process to our lives to integrate the key mindfulness practices
